Itinerant Archivists is a “grassroots, self-funded effort” to help build international awareness of archives. It was founded by three ALI (Archives Leadership Institute) participants. One of the founders, Natalie Baur, was an MLS student at the iSchool, and is currently working in Mexico on a Fullbright research scholarship.
In September, Itinerant Archivists traveled to Ecuador. The members hoped to share their archival experiences. They had a chance to take part in a conference and visit some archives! To read more about Itinerant Archivists, check out their blog here.
